Sports conditioning is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. It delivers a fitness program that is broad, general and inclusive.

Sports conditioning is by any measure one of the most effective and addictive exercise programs around. It burns fat, builds muscle, increases strength, speed and endurance as well as builds mental and intestinal fortitude. The goal of this program is to build a healthy and functional body capable of performing well in as many conditions as possible be it strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, etc... or more importantly a broad combination of all.

The workouts are often very short and almost always intense. Often times they are composed of as few as one or two exercises. These exercises consist mainly of basic random functional movements. squats, lunges, pull ups, push ups, dead lifts, cleans, presses, sit ups, running, swimming, jump rope etc. Every exercise utilized here is chosen for its adherence to essential human movement.

This program is based on the things that seem to have long been forgotten about in health and fitness. Hard work, determination, and passion to make ones self better in all aspects both physical and mental. The type of strength and conditioning sports conditioning builds goes well beyond looking good for the beach. The best way to look fit is to actually be fit. Our definition of fitness is the ability to perform at any and all physical tasks, known and unknown. Fitness is not defined in the walls of a gym. It is defined each and every day by your ability to deal with the challenges of life. In life cardio does not always come first, nor does weightlifting, or in any ideal sets or reps.
