Kickboxing at Bonne Vie Fitness!In this kickboxing workshop with former Army Ranger, Johnathan Grant you will learn the proper technique to kick and punch your way into great shape! Martial Arts Conditioning: This is a general conditioning class for all levels to improve over all strength and cardiovascular endurance. Kickboxing Technique: This is a skill class that will help better teach the body precision, accuracy, control and body awareness. Grappling Technique: This is a skill class that will better teach the fundamentals of wrestling and non-standing martial arts. Workshops: Self Defense for Beginners: Have you ever wanted to try martial arts, but felt intimidated by the “tough guy” environment”? Your coach Jonathan Grant will lead you through 6 weeks of both technique and conditioning to help you gain confidence in yourself and your ability to protect your self. Join us in one of our open conditioning classes to further accelerate your results and improve endurance. This course is taught 5 times a year. No drop-ins. Fighting for the advance student: Working off what you learned in the first workshop, learning advance fighting technique that you see on UFC fights. Help improve power, agility, speed and coordination to take you to the next level. Join us in one of our open kickboxing technique classes to further hone your skills, and make improvements faster.
