Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve your overall health and wellness or become a professional fighter, we have a program for you! Our Professional Instructors will teach you proper technique step by step. You'll develop solid boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai skills while working your way towards that chiseled "boxers physique".
We keep our focus on form and technique so you not only burn 800 to 1000 calories per hour, but you also learn skills from professional athletes.
6 Week MMA FIT CAMP
MMA Fit Camp is designed to help those with little or no experience to learn the basics of Mixed Martial Arts quickly, safely and efficiently. This 6 week session will give you the tools and fundamentals necessary to advance into the other OC Combat classes seamlessly. The program includes progress tracking, nutrition guidance and semi-private coaching while you learn the basics of hand wrapping, footwork, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Take-downs and Self Defense. While this class is geared for the beginner entering our program...the workout is nothing shy of intense!
HYBRID BOXING
Each class is a blend of western and eastern style Boxing, combined with the latest high intensity conditioning exercises. This class is a full body workout designed to increase your speed, agility and strength with the use of sparing mitts, various punching bags, jump ropes, reflex drills, hand-eye coordination exercises, foot work drills and shadow boxing.
TURBO THAI
This circuit style workout focuses on intense cardio and strength training; dynamic movement, muscle strengthening and overall conditioning. This is a high intensity fast paced workout for both men and women who want to learn the fundamentals that make for a great fighter.
LUNCH BOX
This 45 minute class will have you in and out and back to work feeling revitalized and ready to take on the rest of your day. Intense Conditioning Drills with an energizing Boxing and Kickboxing focus will make this class the highlight of your day. This workout is geared for all fitness levels and is guaranteed to make the most of your valuable time!
SUBMISSIONS 101
Submissions 101 is an integrated class teaching the basics of Submission Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Classes will consist of traditional wrestling moves, arm locks, choke holds, leg locks, take downs and ground defense techniques. Submissions 101 can be utilized by men and women of any size and strength. Come see why Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is becoming one of the most popular martial arts in the world.
