Outdoor Pilates Circuit
This class will take place outdoors using floor mats, therabands and five pound weights. You will spend half an hour on Pilates exercise and the other half hour performing resistance training exercises using weights and therabands. You will focus on abs, upper body, lower body, side flexion and back extension in this full hour class.

Pilates Outdoor Mat Class
Pilates exercise dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. It improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. This class takes the Pilates experience outdoors to enjoy the benefits of Pilates while taking in the beauty of the outdoors.
This is a five-week progressive program. Resistance bands and mats will be provided.

Specifics of Anti-Aging Medicine
The course will expand upon the anti-aging medicine overview lecture to go into further detail about how to set a daily regiment and prevent premature aging. Information will be provided that, if followed, can greatly increase your life span and quality of life.
